Let me describe my problem:

- I have GTA V Retail (not Steam)

- Installed LSPDFR 0.3.1 (manually)

- Installed latest RagetPluginHook

- Installed mods said to be compatible with LSPDFR 0.3.1 (SaferChases 1.5, Arrest Manager 6.0.0.0, Arrest Warrant Callout 0.6.8.1833b, Assorted Callouts 0.0.9.1, BrathalyzerRAGE, ClearTheWayV, Code 3 Callouts 0.6.0, Cop Holster 3.10, Crazy Callouts 0.5.5, Panic Button, Police Radio 0.50.3, Traffic Policer 6.7.0.3 and SpotlightMod 0.9)

On startup while RagetPluginHook is loading the game, it says LSPDFR.dll Loaded, then an error comes up saying it has failed, unloads it and loads it again (during the loading screen)

Once in the game, LSPDFR works fine, but none of the mods or scripts work. I even used the LSPDFR Troubleshooter, it cannot find any problems.

I modded and scripted the hell out of GTA IV with LCPDFR and other mods without any issues so I am not new to this, however I am new to the GTA V mods and scripts (not that different though).

I read all the readme files for the mods and followed instructions for installations, even tried uninstalling and  reinstalling all of them with the exact same result, only LSPDFR works.

Also I failed to find the Ragepluginhook.log file in my GTA V folder...

Does anyone have any other idea what might cause this?

 

If you need any files, screenshots (except the ones posted), log files (could not find any), etc. I will be happy to provide them for you if you can help.

I am also sure many other people have this issue without typing it, so it might help a lot of people besides me.

Added screenshots and more info.

Run RAGEPluginHook.exe as administrator, hopefully it will create the logs.

Without the logs there is nothing we can do to help you.

Vehicle Search.dll and Vehicle Search.ini belong in the Plugins Folder, not the Main GTAV Directory

Also, I'm not sure if this would have an impact on anything or not, but really you shouldn't have files in places they don't belong, but is there a reason the Update.rpf file is sitting out in your Main GTAV Directory?

Delete the Licenses Folder and the bin Folder, those don't belong there either. Rather you don't need them.

Is there a update.rpf in your Update Folder of your Main GTAV Directory? Is there also a copy of one in the mods Folder? Just trying to figure out where that came from.

I have no idea where the update.rtf came from in my main GTA V folder, however there is one in the Updates folder, but it is a different size.

Deleted the Licenses and bin folders.

I also had the Vehicle Search.dll and Vehicle Search.ini in my plugins folder as well as my main folder (must have been an error when I copied the files over)

My mods folder is completely empty.

Move it to your Desktop for now and try launching RPH. Like I said I don't no what impact that was having being in the main directory. The 1 in your Update folder should be the one you want to keep. 

I removed the update.rtf from the main folder, also below you will find attached an error I'm getting when GTA V loads up. (It has been there since I installed LSPDFR, it has nothing to do with my recent modifications)

Well, maybe you should now post the full log so we can actually see the issue.

Uhh, that's not the right log? I think thats the RPHLauncher log. We need the full RPH log.

That's the issue, there is no other log. This one was only created because I launched RagePluginHook with logging.

I searched the entire GTA V folder and subfolders, no other log file in it...

I even ran RHP as Admin.

Have you tried launching LSPDFR while adding one plugin at a time to see what may be crashing it if so? 

It's not crashing, LSPDFR works fine, but none of the plugins do, not the stand-alone ones and not the ones in the LSPDFR folder either.

Basically, whatever plugins I add except LSPDFR, they do not load except LSPDFR.

What I'm trying to do now is get a clean GTA V install and add mods one at a time, see if that works.

Have you ever tried loading the plugins annually when in lspdfr using RAGE console??

Yes, it loads LSPDFR, however for the other mods it just cannot find them. Like they;re not even there. Otherwise they would be in the RagePluginHook console with an error if they couldn't load, but even there only LSPDFR is shown as loading and loaded.

OK, guys, thanks for your help, I fixed it.

After all the tries and headaches, i just reinstalled GTA V and the mods step by step, one by one.

Now all the mods I installed so far work without any issues (except LSPDFR crashed at some point, but just reloaded it from the RagePLuginHook console)

Thank you all for your help, and if anyone has the same issue, none of the mods working except LSPDFR, it means you have a corrupt GTA V installation and a clean install of GTA V, will fix it.

If you want to back up your progress, all you have to do is copy the folder from C:\Users\"Your Username"\Documents\Rockstar Games\GTA V\Profiles to a safe place and you backed up your progress. If you want to back up all your settings as well, copy the entire GTA V folder from C:\Users\"Your Username"\Documents\Rockstar Games to a safe place.
