The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

Hi,

In the LSPDFR 0.31 manual download folder the Rage Plugin Hook version is not updated to the latest version. When I try to copy LSPDFR files to game directoy with new Rage Plugin Hook installed the LLSPD First Response.dll crashes on Load screen. please help.

Yes, we know, that is why we request that you always use the latest version of Ragehook.
It'll probably get updated in the download when LSPDFR 0.4 gets released, even then, it'll probably end up getting outdated within a month.

Many reasons incompatible plugins for 0.38, corrupt mods folder, inefficient specs for the game to run.......
