I have read multiple possible solutions such as loading up the main menu and then double clicking RagePluginHook as admin, still whatever I do nothing is loading LSPDFR. There are no police stations on the map so I assume it's not loading.

 

Why the hell is this!? I have the steam version!

Try loading LSPDFR using RPH console (F4)... "LoadPlugin LSPD First Response"

Tried pressing F4 which just loaded Native Trainer for me. Nothing else.

Isn't it set the F4 by default? I didn't change anything. I just reinstalled it and it's still not working. This is BS.

Make sure that you are running the latest Ragehook - http://ragepluginhook.net/Downloads.aspx
Also, these mods are essentially game hacks, they will not always work.

What all do I have to do? Does everything start up automatically wwhen you start GTA V?

Or do you have to still click RagePluginHook.exe before? And how do I know if that works? Will it give me a message?

When you have the latest version of Ragehook installed, it will firstly meet you with a message to:

• Unblock Files
• Disclaimer
• Settings
  Then there will be a menu that shows RAGE Plugin Hook and usually shows text at the bottom, such as 'Loading Game'
  
  If you have not upgraded your RPH after you installed LSPDFR, it will not work at all (apart from if your runnning V617 GTA V)
  Note: The bullet points may not be in that exact order, bear with me, haven't played V in a month or so.

Nope. Just downloaded latest version of RPH and put everything but the SDK and Licenses folder like it said in the GTA V directory.

Still not working!

I just found files that are the same in the GTA V directory located in the lspdfr folder. When you launch the RagePluginHook.exe, what should come up after you've already unblocked the files though? Mine doesn't even open after I unblocked the files.

One or two things going on here.

Either incorrect folder installation or not having the requirements to successfully run RPH.

Perfectly fine, besides, I'm quite busy right now so that makes it more fine.

Do you have Direct X disabled? because that makes it so none of your plugins load and the console doesn't pop up

I watched a video of a tutorial and the RagePluginHook installation/license reviewent never showed up, Is that an issue?

You can find the user manual in your LSPDFR Download folder. If you still have questions after reading the User Documentation, review the LSPDFR FAQ; http://www.lcpdfr.com/forums/topic/51162-lspdfr-frequently-asked-questions/. 

Ensure you have a folder titled "LSPDFR" and "plugins" in your root directory. 

• The plugins folder should contain the following; 
  • LSPD First Response.dll
  • A folder titled "LSPDFR"

Ensure that you are running a supported version of LSPDFR. As of 2016-02-22 ONLY LSPDFR 0.3.1 is supported - No LSPDFR 0.2 plugins are supported for LSPDFR 0.3.1 unless otherwise stated

Make sure you have the latest RagePluginHook (LSPDFR 0.3.1 includes RPH 36): http://ragepluginhook.net/

Okay I have done almost everything so far, but before I continue, I have a short question.

Will RagePluginHook.exe load up GTA Automatically? Or will I still have to launch it manually?

so the problem I am having is simply the whole LSPDFR AND RagePluginHook will not load. I have unblocked the files as it said and I have all the requirements that the RPH site labels.

Solutions I have tried:

 

- Reinstalling Both RagePluginHook & LSPDFR.

- Watched a tutorial. 

- Installed LSPDFR manually.

Version of game: Steam version

 

And for some reason I have no RagePluginHook log. Can't find one at all. Where would it be?

Other mods:

 

- EnhancedNativeTrainer

- Fuel Mod

- Indicators mod

- Lights & Sirens

- Website Hax

- Benny's SP Mod

- Real Life Offenses

- A couple car mods

You have to launch the game by launching the RPH.

I fixed it. Turns out I actually didn't have .NET 4.6.... lol.

Damn those pesky requirements.
