Anyone know where the carvariations.meta for the sheriff model is?

It doesn't exist, you've to add the sheriff lines manually in an existing carvariation.meta file. I use the one in mpheist for the sheriff, don't know if it works with another.

You wouldn't happen to know where the vehicles.meta for fbi/fbi2 would be?

In the normal vehicles.meta file, if you cant find it use the find function to type in what your looking for

As Frosty19 said, the vehicles.meta file is located in update/update.rpf/common/data/level/gta5. Once you extracted the file and opened it with notepad or similar, press ctrl+F to open the search bar and look for the lines you want.

You'll probably have to add the lines manually in an existing carvariation.meta like in mpchristmas2.

All original cars entries are contained in a still-encrypted filetype. As Hystery said, you'll have to add a new entry in a DLC meta file (sirensetting value should be 1, by the way).
