The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Can I map the J key (siren on/off [excluding lights]) to my controller? If so, how?

Yes you can. Xppader is one that I have used and there are some others out there.

I use motionjoy emulator. Works like a charm!

Just so you're aware, there are legitimate sources that say Motionjoy is actually spyware.

I've used Motionjoy for a long time, never had any issues with spyware. Plenty of people use it. I'll worry about it when and if it becomes a problem.
