I've read on how to downgrade it but not sure where to download the correct GTA patch that can run with Ragehook. Right now I have the most current GTA and it's not supported with Ragehook. Anyone have any idea on where to find the latest GTA patch that is supported by Ragehook?

I can't understand why do you want to do that but what ever Grand Theft Auto V PC is an online game and i think if you want to play online you won't be able to play online and if you want to downgrade the game for playing LSPDFR only so you can use Rage Plugin Hook to do this option

Usually to Rage-hook downgrade are from your game files, and to my knowledge R* only has the most recent patches for GTA V on account of GTA online.

However I believe if you have to Steam on you should be able to downgrade thought the DLC/beta's tab, not sure on this since I don't have to on steam.

Chances are your running RH 36, make sure your updated to RH 38 - ragepluginhook.net

AFAIK you can only downgrade if you prepare for it by taking a backup (which is almost always a good idea anyway). When launching RPH, if you hold down the shift key or click the cog icon you'll boot into the settings for RPH. Click the last tab on the right and select backup to take a RPH-compatible backup of the current game version. Then in future when R* bring out something new to waste your GTAO money on, repeat this process and click the 'revert' button to switch back to the backup you took. If you play online, you can take a backup of the new version and "revert" back and forth between them depending on whether you want to play LSPDFR or GTAO, until RPH updates for the latest version
