Before I Tried To Fix This LCPDFR To Work On My GTA 4 I Watched Youtube But There No Use ..... So I Do It MySelf When i install LCPDFR it`s stopped working RRight ? 

I Did What ? : On The Below Of " Has Stopped Working " You Will See There The Details Why The Game is Not Running And I Saw That The Problem Is AdvancedHook.asi But I Don`t Know What Is The problem Of Yours So Please See The Problem On Details Of " Has Stopped Working "

And I Go In My GTA 4 Files Directory And I Looked For AdvancedHook.asi And I Deleted It . And When I Start my Game The " LaunchGTAIV " It Works .... I`m Not Lying Guys I Just Want To Help You Guys ....... Now I`m Enjoying LCPDFR Mod :) Thank You LCPDFR : STAFFS :)

Deleting that file will stop certain mods from working. That's not a fix.

The fix to the problem you were having is to run the game as admin. (Right click > Run as Administrator), not to just delete the file.

Your thread has been moved to LCPDFR Support Requests as it isn't a LSPDFR Support Request.

I Always Run My Game As Administrator ...... And When I Do That I Open The LCPDFR Diagnostic Tool , i Open Check Installation ... I Have Two Problems 1)  I`m Running To ASI Loader 2)  Log Error ... But When I Start My Game And It Says " GTAIV Has Stopped Working " Then I Click The  " View Problem  Details " And I Saw The Problem And It`s My  AdvancedHook.asi  So I Deleted  AdvancedHook.asi And When I Try To Open GTAIV And It Works ....

" Fault Module Name: " That`s your Problem And i Saw In My Fault Module Name : Is AdvanceHook.asi So I Delete it And It Works ...

But It Depends If Your Problem is 

Example : ScriptHook.asi (Example) 

Delete It And Try To Open The Game ...
