The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

I've looked pretty extensively (I think?) but did not see one. Does anyone know if there is a mod out there, or some way that I am missing, to make on-foot pedestrians follow you? For example, many callouts, such as assaults, suspicious persons, etc, spawn the peds in the middle of the road. I would like to be able to ask them to follow me to the side of the road. Is there anything currently offered that will allow me to do that?

If not, here's a mod suggestion for all you talented folk making these plugins.
