The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Can anyone tell me how to succesfully isntall car modifications using OPEN IV for GTAV  i have tried doing tutorials and stuff but apparently i am doing something wrong. Could anyone help me?

Please search the forums before posting a new thread asking for help. I wrote an entire one no later than yesterday about this.
