Missing textures?

Thats your problem, 1GB VRAM simply isn't enough for a open world game, especially with tons of high quality car mods. Get yourself a GPU with at least 3-4GB VRAM in the GTX 9-- series or the respective AMD equivalent (probably R9 2-- since R9 3-- is just a rebrand)

Alrighty, but I was able to run gta a few days ago with plenty of car mods installed so it seems kinda weird.

Do you think it would help temporarily if I bought a can with compressed air to clean my computer? While saving for a new gpu?

I doubt it'll do anything at all, since your card is a efficient card but it quite simply is not powerful enough.

I had a laptop last year with less than 1GB of VRAM available with its integrated graphics and I never experienced texture loss like this. I now have a dedicated GPU on my desktop with 2GB of VRAM, and that's perfectly enough - no need to go up to 3-4GB if upgrading your PC, as that increases the price tremendously, and shows very little improvement.

Also, I believe LSPDFR and other plugins/scripts are much more CPU-intensive rather than GPU, if any; car mods and graphics enhancers (ENBs) would count towards GPU usage.

Since it was working a few days ago for you, I suggest you reinstall the game and/or replace your modified archives and start over (no need to uninstall your scripts in the process). You may want to work towards upgrading your PC anyway, if you feel that you get bad performance with your GTX 750.

I personally run the game at around High/Very high settings with car mods and generally have about 3.6GB of VRAM usage..... so unless if you use Normal everything (even then, it still uses over 1.5GB), don't expect much.

I don't think some of you are understanding when he stated that he didn't have this issue a few days ago.

Did you install any visual mods lately? Best thing to do is remove any mods you downloaded one by one to see if it fixes the issue. Or reinstall the game first.
