I installed the Police Radio following the instructions EXACLTY, but the C key doesn't load it. I even tried reassigning keys, but nothing worked.

Include the RagePluginHook.log file as the download page says to.

You haven't included the log file. get it from the main directory of the game and paste its contents into this post.

It isn't even attempting to load Police Radio. are the files in the LSPDFR folder that is inside the Plugins folder? take a screenshot of where it is located.

Seeing as it's not working, I recommend you to take my advice. Read it more carefully...

You didn't take the Police Radio files and folder out of the folders it was in when downloaded.

Police Radio.dll, Police Radio.ini and Police Radio folder go in the same place as Arrest Manager.

The Police Radio .dll, .ini, and folder go into Plugins\LSPDFR. I include them in the folder by default so you could simply drag the downloaded "Plugins" folder to the main game directory and it would be installed correctly.

 

The Plugins folder from the download does NOT go where you put it.

I don't have the steam version, so would the tabs SteamLibrary and SteamApps be replaced with the titles of Program Files and Rockstar Games?
