The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

It is. In that case you likely haven't installed it correctly.

    Right from the ReadMe, to install, make sure to place EVERYTHING (Police Radio folder, PoliceRadio.ini and PoliceRadio.dll) IN : 

    GTA V\Plugins\LSPDFR folder. (JUST LIKE A CALLOUT INSTALL)
    GTA V\Plugins\LSPDFR folder. (JUST LIKE A CALLOUT INSTALL)
    GTA V\Plugins\LSPDFR folder. (JUST LIKE A CALLOUT INSTALL)
    GTA V\Plugins\LSPDFR folder. (JUST LIKE A CALLOUT INSTALL)
    GTA V\Plugins\LSPDFR folder. (JUST LIKE A CALLOUT INSTALL)

    *Also make sure to update to the latest version of RPH (0.37 at the moment).

    If you have installed the mod to Plugins\LSPDFR, gone on-duty with LSPDFR, and then pressed "C" - please post the RagePluginHook.log file from the main directory of your game (where the .exe files are).
