I've added a few commands, if anyone is interested:

        <Phrase Event="VocalDispatch.Code4" Priority="4">
            <Word PreferredText="code" AcceptedAlternates="coded,cold,hold" />
            <Word PreferredText="four" AcceptedAlternates="4,for" />
        </Phrase>
        <Phrase Event="VocalDispatch.Status" Priority="3">
            <Word PreferredText="show" AcceptedAlternates="i,gonna" />
            <Word PreferredText="me" AcceptedAlternates="am,be" />
        </Phrase>
		<Phrase Event="VocalDispatch.Status" Priority="3">
            <Word PreferredText="suspect" />
            <Word PreferredText="crashed" AcceptedAlternates="mva,crash" />
        </Phrase>
		<Phrase Event="VocalDispatch.Status" Priority="3">
            <Word PreferredText="suspect" />
            <Word PreferredText="ten" />
			<Word PreferredText="fifty" />
        </Phrase>
		<Phrase Event="VocalDispatch.Status" Priority="3">
            <Word PreferredText="suspect" />
            <Word PreferredText="1050" />
        </Phrase>
		<Phrase Event="VocalDispatch.Status" Priority="3">
            <Word PreferredText="suspect" />
            <Word PreferredText="foot" AcceptedAlternates="bailed" />
        </Phrase>

Its just a few events: suspect crashed, suspect bailed, suspect on foot, etc... It doesn't do anything, but dispatch answers "roger that" or "10-4".
Also I added COLD to code4 command, since I could not for the life of me get it to understand "code", it always showed "cold" instead.

Would be great if someday dispatch answers these commands accordingly.

Edit:

Btw, sometimes if you keep the PTT button down but dont say anything the PTT tone will keep looping.
Also it seems like it has a limit of words(?), sometimes you get a "Voice recognition failed" message if you say a phrase that has the correct keywords but add a few other words at the end or beginning of the sentence.

I want to implement an interaction system some day where dispatch can ask questions/suggest things (i.e. a traffic stop asks if you want backup, etc.).

  • Is there a fix yet for anyone without an english system getting the locale error? I can set the language to "de-DE" in the .ini without changing the script file and get it to work but then it doesn't

    @Cy4n1d3 Can you send the ragepluginhook.log? @cros1625 Does regular Windows Speech Recognition work for you? That's a new error... lol.

I'd imagine there's a syntax error somewhere. That said, there does have to be code in place to handle the callouts, so the coroner thing would just say "We're not able to honor that request at this time".

So for me it appears that whenever a callout comes up from the "high priority callouts" pack comes up and I use vocal dispatch to accept the callout it crashes Lspdfr

I'm sorry for the late answer here - my work schedule has been ridiculous. It does look like it was  High Priority Callouts causing it - " at HighPriority.Callouts.Terror.OnCalloutAccepted()" in the error log.

Common Issues

VocalDispatch has an error when I go on duty.

This is usually caused by a missing language pack. Ensure that you have the correct language pack installed to Windows. To get started, install the English (United States) language pack. In some cases, the problem can be solved via this method (thank you to @falcon3y for helping identify and explain the issue):

VocalDispatch hears no audio:

Make sure your microphone is unmuted and set as the default microphone in Windows.

VocalDispatch does not do anything when I press the button:

Ensure you're pressing the correct button (Right Alt, by default). The correct process for use is pressing the button, speaking your command, then pressing it again when you wish to speak another command.

Reporting Problems

Please include the RagePluginHook.log file that exists in your Grand Theft Auto V folder with any problem reports or support requests.

Tips to Help Communicate a Problem without Making Me Hate Myself (and You)

  • Please do not copy and paste your entire log file inline. It makes it super hard to read properly (and search) and makes reading other comments/replies difficult. Instead, attach it as a file.
  • Please do not ask me to expedite my answer or repost your question if it takes me a little while to answer, as it will just junk up the thread.
  • Please include as much relevant information as you can in your first post to avoid junking up the thread, as well.

Solution doesn't work on dutch / belgican computers

Anyone experiencing issues with locale, can you try setting your system to English temporarily to test?

Hey,

I turned my windows 10 and my Game in regestry to en-US, but the same error: An error occured, please check rph.log!

Seems not to be the problem :( I added the LOG file for you. I set my game and my OS back to german , but the error is still going on:(

I added a Systeminformation file via message, maybe this could help you :D

Thanks for trying to get it fixed up instaed of thinking it's not your problem :D

What mic are you using? That's actually not a locale error, after all, it's an issue setting it to the default mic.

Yey, i'm using a roccat kave solid 5.1, but I only have a green and the mic output on my PC, so its not conected with bass or sub or something like that.

Something different: dont be supprised if Robin B on YT isnt replying anymore, because I wasnt shure if this was realy you so I thought I try to get this problem solved with an other user ;D

I will send you an.NFO File via Email.
