Hey everyone I thought that I found a fix to the problem last night( By deleting everything from the steam folder and starting a new redownloading everything and uninstalling OpenV and reinstalling) and got it to work but today when I tried it again it crashed when loading population.

I know that everyone has been crashing lately so I don't expect anyone to know how to fix this but any advice would be great.

I believe RDE hasn't been updated yet and crashes the game if used on the latest patch.

thanks I saw that stuff somewhere but I was not sure if it was confirmed

I reinstalled EVERYTHING updates, game, LSPDFR and it all come down to RDE! I've got 30 secs left of the installation/update which will confirm it. 

I had updated to the new ragehook and gta v patch and it crashed! I have a back up that I just started fresh with the vanilla copy reinstalling everything and my game is running perfect with no crashes!! I end up making another vanilla copy. It's always helpful to keep a vanilla copy!! So just reinstall everything but start off with no plugins and no mods.

It's defiantly your RDE. It pains me to say since I hate to play without it. 

 

Its caused by the scripts, remove them from your /script folder and just manually add the vehicles from the RDE till it's updated.
