Hello everyone!

 

Today I come to you about a problem that has come up after I have updated RAGE Plugin Hook 0.37 and updated my OpenIV and now my game lags. It only lags AFTER the loading screen and AFTER it loads all the plugins fine. Once it loads Franklin at his house, it just starts to lag BAD. I have tried to check to make sure my graphics were up to date and that it's running on the right graphics. I have checked to make sure no other programs were running with GTA V to possibly slow the game. I have done the trick where you make GTA V high priority in task manager and still no luck. I have also checked to see if any other games were lagging and none except LSPDFR is lagging. All other games are running significantly faster than LSPDFR. 

 

Any suggestions on what it might be or what else I could try? It doesn't crash LSPDFR and does not make a crash report. I have to sometimes force quit the game and sometimes i have to force shut down my computer because it lags that bad.

Have you tried to lower your graphic settings! My game did this at one point, everything was on "very high" and once I changed it to high, the lag haven't came back. What kind of graphics card you have?

Everything is on normal. the graphics card im using is a NVIDIA GTX950M

Hey! i have the same problem as you. i have a gtx 970 and an i5 4460 with all settings on high, 10fps or lower :(

Did you update your drivers recently? If yes, make sure you installed them correctly. I updated my drivers yesterday and experienced FPS drops, reinstalling them solved the problem.

i opened gta again today and it's completely gone :P. The first time i opened it today gta crashed on startup, 2nd time worked but crashed after 10 mins while in a pursuit with drug traffickers.
