    Hey fellow LSPDFR users, I encountered this issue when i was trying to download the new dispatch voice (it happens on all the files on the LSPDFR/LCPDFR.com website, I also tried Firefox, no luck there either). I was hoping you guys could help me out, thanks in advance :)

    did you jsut update windows? Well, anyways, go to task manager > details > find your gta V process and set the priority to high (dont use realtime!!). Hope it helps, i had this problem too after updating windows. If you want to get rid of radiance V install a different graphics mod like visualV (if you want stock graphics visualV includes the stock files) Cheers :)

    I have the lights in the correct places, they just don't give off light, they just flash flat colours. I haven't updated yet btw Could you please tell me how to install it manually if it's an installer package?

    Hey bxbugs123 :D I'm using version 1.4A with the openIV installer. It seems to install fine, but when I load the car the emergency lights don't have any bloom, they're just coloured rectangles. This does not happen to other modded vehicles in my game. I tried to install a different cvpi in "sheriff" but the lights on that one got messed up (wrong colours and placed)(it worked fine before) I'm guessing it's because of the vehicles.meta or something, but i'm sure you'd know better than me :P.
