The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

How I managed to get the revert to be a success.
Step ONE:
Revert to an OLDER backup then previous version

Ensure you can revert to an older version FIRST!
(keeping the launcher OPEN throughout this entire process)
Step TWO:

Locate "GameBackups.rph" (it WILL be in your GTA V root directory IF you've made prior backups) and open it with compression software, I use 7-Zip.

Step THREE:
Open the internal highlighted folder from the image above also and it will reveal three files.
- GTA5.exe (extract OVER the one in root)
- LaunchGTA5.exe (extract OVER the one in root)
- update.rpf (extract OVER the one in root/update)

Step FOUR:
NOW "Revert"(upgrade) back to the last working version of GTA (dont worry, the extraction fails but launcher will see the correct version of GTA5).

DISCONNECT FROM THE INTERNET TO ENSURE LAUNCHER DOES NOT ATTEMPT TO UPDATE! THEN SAVE AND LAUNCH!
