You wouldn't happen to be on Windows 10, or happen to be using a controller with Windows 10 would you?

Simple to get by this. Just disconnect the control pad and reconnect it once the screen renders. Dunno why this is but it also seems to render the keyboard inputs null and void too.

How I managed to get the revert to be a success.
Step ONE:
Revert to an OLDER backup then previous version
Ensure you can revert to an older version FIRST!
(keeping the launcher OPEN throughout this entire process)
Step TWO:

Locate "GameBackups.rph" (it WILL be in your GTA V root directory IF you've made prior backups) and open it with compression software, I use 7-Zip.
Step THREE:
Open the internal highlighted folder from the image above also and it will reveal three files.
 - GTA5.exe (extract OVER the one in root)
 - LaunchGTA5.exe (extract OVER the one in root)
 - update.rpf (extract OVER the one in root/update)
Step FOUR:
NOW "Revert"(upgrade) back to the last working version of GTA (dont worry, the extraction fails but launcher will see the correct version of GTA5).


DISCONNECT FROM THE INTERNET TO ENSURE LAUNCHER DOES NOT ATTEMPT TO UPDATE! THEN SAVE AND LAUNCH!

I suggest killing all ELS cars, At least until ELS is more Stable :)

Here's 1, tow truck support for an accident scene added too the police computer and when choosing your officer be able too BE the tow truck driver ( added script WITH LCPDFR), their's LOT'S of tow truck vehicle mod's out there, now THAT would be realistic seeing as the City Police and RCMP depend on tow truck companie's for seizure's, accident's, DUI, illegally parked or outstanding ticket's etc,
or even tow truck support for after a ped is arrested, cuz when you drive away, the suspect's car just sit's their until it disappear's,
also having the ability to do patrol's and see random Police stop's anywhere in the city while patrolling .
just a thought :)

You guys forget one reason... Running someone over... happens all the time when i patrol xD then i got to stop them for reckless driving... and ohh hell there are some not roadworthy vehicles... thats just bad :P

ELS is stable, It's just wether your system can handle the high poly models which have to keep being loaded when yo call for backup etc.
