I wonder if Trafficflow could be causing problems? have you tried the alternates? NO im not blaming it, but sometimes these do cause problems also.....

ALSO i noticed you had xlive.dll AND dsound.dll.. Either one not both needs to be installed... Having both causes problems due to both loaders trying to load the module.... Please remove xlive.dll if you plan on having GFWL enabled with GTAIV, If you plan on playing ONLINE then you need to have dsound.dll installed within the GTAIV or EFLC directory, Hope this can help with your problems.... This here is normal, If you leave the fields blank you will not get this error and 91 will install without a problem, just no logging is available as stated here....

I also get the unhandled exceptions occasionally but it never comes into effect of gameplay, i can still manage to do all of the above you said you couldn't.... I am using the xliveless ASI loader though so this may have something to do with it...

I too like ELS, The lighting is so much more realistic, Also I have replaced my Cop cars with higher poly cars, Just need to work on the handling and then its all good, Just had to remove ELS, Due to when i fliped with lights on, Game crashes, I think that it has something to do with the sirens being smashed then fixed so quickly, OR its because the sirens go under the road whilst flipping and items are then spawned while "outside" of the game world (under the road) and im not too sure how the game can cope or if this IS the problem i suffer, but its just easier to deal with the crap stock lighting for now, Until A, I get a better RIG, or B there is a patch for ELS IF this is the problem....

I suggest killing all ELS cars, At least until ELS is more Stable :) ~EDITED: For Typo's~

Having two dll's that are trying to load the same ASI would defiantly have allot to do with this problem I am guessing, Make sure if you are to use either (dsound.dll or xlive.dll, ONE not both!), You REMOVE the old versions of either ASI loader and use one of the included loaders that are in the installer of LCPD:FR for maximum compatibility :)

I had similar problems with ENB enabled, Disabling ENB fixed that error for me, I could not type anything nor get out of the screen to resume my duties, Hope you guys fix all the problems, This version by far outclasses 0.91 by a mile...
