The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

The police radio plugin for LSPDFR doesn't work for me. The installation guide says to place the files in GTA V\Plugins\LSPDFR. However, I do not have an LSPDFR file in my plugins folder. I have tried creating an LSDPFR file, however the plugin then does not show up on my plugin list for RagePluginHook. I have also tried loading the file from the console in-game, however it says that there was an error loading the file.

Any ideas, or am I being stupid somewhere? Thanks in advance.

    You are not supposed to load the plugin and it won't be displayed in your plugins list either. Just install it (following the instructions), load LSPDFR and go on duty. Any installed LSPDFR plugins will load automatically.
