Vehicle Replacement Paths

Featured Replies

Hello LSPD:FR Peoples!

In the first place, I have no idea if this forum is locater correctly,

In the second place, sorry for any spelling issues, I am not from an English country!

Now, my problem is, if I download a car, that for example replaces police_3, I already have another custom vehicle on that spot, so I would like to replace it with whatever kind of other vehicle.

Now the thing is, all those cars have different replacement paths, so I was wondering;

Is there a list, of all the paths where you can replace the (emergency) vehicles?

For example, the Prison Bus, has another replacement path as police_3.

Please help me out

RandomlyDavey.

Most vehicles come with a readme file that tells you where to put them. From my time in modding i've learnt where some cars go and here is a list of where most of the police cars go (not sure about FIB as i haven't ever modded those slots before)

Police - x64e/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf
Police2 - update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday3ng\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf\
Police3 - update/x64/dlcpacks/patchday4ng/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf
Police4 - x64e/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf
Sheriff - update/x64/dlcpacks/patchday3ng/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf
Sheriff2 - update/x64/dlcpacks/patchday3ng/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf
Policeb - update/x64/dlcpacks/patchday1ng/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf

If you want to me reply as soon as possible, then either quote or @CouthInk4  me as i'll be notified, a general reply will not notify me

Tip for everyone:

If you click on 'Tools' at the top left cornor of OpenIV, you can search on models!

Search on "riot.ytd" for example, and you'll find the location!!

For anyone wondering, the Riot Van path is;

GTA V\update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday3ng\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf\

I just found this out!

Happy Searching Ya all!

Just FYI the fib cars are in different spots but i think the SUV is in patchday2ng under fbi2 and the charger is in x64e under gnu.
