im having the same problem i deleted the game off my computer and re downloaded it. once i change the car and i open it up its crashes. i didn't have a problem with this until the update.

Do you and @NewYorkMarksman use openVI and do you two have modified some other game data?

In Addition you could download a diag program for your RAM (sadly i don't know a good program for that) and, if you didn't did it already, ask for help in the RPH support forum.

I posted 4 days ago and nothing concrete, I have not modified any files.. Literally bought GTAV for pc and installed it then did the whole lspdfr process and still have not been able to play it since then, its been about a week or two now.

do you have game crashes like this in other games?

If not, are you running GTAV with steam? (if this is the case you could check the game data)

Try GTAV without LSPDFR and RPH (don't disable them, delete them). If this works, re-install ONLY RPH and see if that works. If not, post the new log file in the forum, if yes it's a LSPDFR error (what i don't think).

Out of curiosity go to your C: Drive then Program Files and see if there is a Rockstar Games Folder sitting there.. If so, open it and screenshot what you see sitting in there..

Are you running on an Administrator account with administrator privileges on your PC?

I run the game just fine without RPH and LSPDFR, hell it wont even run with RPH. When I try the two different ways you posted its still the same "TimeScale" error.

Yes, my computer has always been Administrator and there are no other accounts on this computer.

@CODEHX When you bought and installed GTAV for the first time, where did you install it to? Meaning C Drive or E Drive?

I installed it to E drive that is where all my other games including steam are and C drive is my SSD which does not have enough space for it.

I got GTAV on PC just for this reason so I have not tried it before but I use to play GTAIV lcpdfr though that's something completely different I assume.

Well I wanted to test something out, but since you don't have enough space on Drive C we can't do it.. If something else comes to mind I'll shoot it your way..

I'm guessing you have already tried to go in that Config Console on the Plugins Tab and select the option next to "Load these plugins on startup" under the Load sequence and put a check in the box next to LSPD First Response? Save and Launch?

Are you running any kind of recording software in the background?

If you had enough space on your C Drive I was going to have you try

moving your Grand Theft Auto V Folder off the E Drive where you currently have it and put into the C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games Folder..
Reinstall RPH 0.36 and launch RagePluginHook and see if anything changes.. However since you originally installed it on the E drive then that might not make a difference..

I only brought that up since mine is installed in 

C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games Folder

 

See what else I can come up with and get back to you when I can.

 

I'll PM you in a bit with a special version to further track down this issue.

Installed LSPDFR last and had to delete ASI and ADVANCEDHOOK!! then loaded the plugin in game. Did traffic stops and took one back to jail and everything worked!!
