    I discovered that I couldn't even get GTA V to load as a normal game.  Reading Rockstar's support and troubleshooting guide (surprise!), I found there is a My Documents\Rockstar\GTA V folder with a log file.  I also noticed in there all the plugins, and various other things.  
    I simply renamed GTA V folder to GTA V Old and started RagePlugin again, and it loaded.  I did lose my place in the game, but it actually worked this time.

    That isn't his RagePluginHook log file, that is his RPH configuration file..

    I don't know much about modding in GTA V but a logfile would help (just copy the content Ragepluginhook.log and paste it in here)
