Sirens for controller

Featured Replies

Hi Guys,

I currently play LSPDFR on GTA 5 with a PS4 controller (using software to make the system think it's an xBox 360 Controller), but I want to find a way to allow sirens to be enabled/disabled on the controller, I know the left thumbstick can turn lights & sirens on and off, but 'J' on the keyboard activates or deactivates sirens, is there any way to allocate a controller button to do what J does, essentially?

Thanks!

nope. They would have to write a script to enable a controller button for that. That's how they got J to enable and disable the siren tone.

Can't xpadder do this? I believe that's what @JFavignano uses. I seem to remember him saying something either here or in one of his videos about using it.

Thanks, I'll have to check that out!

on a XB controler its defaulted to pusing down the left joystick for you horn/siren

I'm aware of that, that turns of BOTH the siren and lights, I wanted to keep the lights on but turn the siren off, not turn both off. You do this with J on the keyboard when the siren is on, this turns the siren off but keeps the lights on.

Anyway thanks to @Delco24 I now use xpadder to achieve this.
