Is there out something that limits the car speed to the allowed speed limit, but also that can be turned on-off? something like in Mafia II. It's really annoying to be while patroling accelerating one second and braking all the time just for keeping a normal speed.

Apart of the speed of the car, it also change the driving style to a more normal one, with a slower aceleration and smoother turns.

Actually, no, it's just under the first "Options" menu, the very last one on the first page. It turns the player into a driver while activated, and has the same options as the bodyguard one.
