There are MANY models out their right now of a CVPI. Most of them have something strange or unique about them, and I don't really like any of them. I was wondering if anyone could create a model or change an existing model so it has only BLUE emergency lights? It seems like everyone creates models with blue and red ELS but I have only physically seen cars with blue lights. So if someone could please help me out here and make a nice CVPI with blue emergency lights? I don't mind if there are white lights on there, but I hate the yellow lights. 

And if i'm not asking for too much, the more lights the better...(I know there is a limit)

This is hard right now as we can't edit a file that host the corona's for the lights for the police models (or any of the base non-DLC cars) as it is still encrypted. If someone did make all the light Siren 1-15 (the LED ones) all blue, The red ones (Siren 1,2,3,7,ect) would appear as a purple because of the RED corona. 

As for the all blue models out there, I believe they only use the BLUE sirens (4,5,6,8,ect) to give it that all blue look. 

Couldn't someone create a new model that would be added into the game without these restrictions?

@Penguinsurfer Well there is a mod that turns of the corona's for the police vehicles but this makes the lights look dull

Here's one - it requires replacing your visualsettings.dat and this particular model only has grill and sideview mirror blue lights (plus two sets of blues in the back) but it's more progress than I've seen in my time here towards getting a car with all blue lights.

I hope we get it some day. Would love to have a themed state trooper car set with only blue lights.
