Hi, i would really like to start making my own mods for GTA; i would probably start with callouts. can someone link me tutorials or something to get me started :)

i have basic knowledge of vb.net but im pretty sure thats not what they use. no rude comments please :p

    I use VB.NET for my plugins. Check out the topics in this forum, there's lots of resources for newbies.

    I'm starting to work on a few mods myself and I reccomend  starting with callout plugins, as there is a lot of documentation on how to make them. I also only know VB, so that's what I'm using.
