Thats supposed to happen as that is the mod's main function..

lol, that's what is supposed to happen. What exactly is your problem?

I think he want's to turn it off? if that's the case, press F7 or during install tick the "disable callout's" feature.

once you press F7 you will get a message "you are now busy and will no longer recieve callout's, press F7 again to recieve call out's" or something along those lines

No sound

It do not have the dispatcher or so called radio sound .
