I have installed the new traffic policer and after i pick my officer and car my game freezes on me and i dont know why. I have installed everything correctly and have followed all instructions but it is still happening. i went back and installed traffic policer 6.0.0.2 which is the old version and the game works fine so it has to be the new policer. anyone got any ideas???

Really? Have you tried to go post on the Plugin Page for Traffic Policer?  Besides I'm having no issues at all with Traffic Policer, many are not having issues with it..

Well, you paid for the game, which will offer you support and updates.   This is a free mod you decided to install.  With mods, not everything will work.  To say there is no support for something you didn't pay for and use (unless you donated), and doing so on a support forum is kind of funny.  There are many reasons why this may not be working for you, but if you followed the steps in the community guidelines and posted the information needed, many people would try and help you out.

Not an LSPDFR issue, looks like a plugin one. Follow the instructions on the author's file for support.
