so i have been fighting this thing over a week. every step of the way. finally i got it installed. it worked. and still does. when i add vehicles using the openIV the only ones that actually wind up in game are the CVPI models. ive done a tahoe and a charger and cant find them. ive done a 2010 chevy truck (non lspdfr) and it replaced granger but still wont show up if i spawn granger. the lspdfr doesnt work properly in my opinion. i cant get certain things to work. i cant transport the suspect myself. i have to call a car. i cant check the pate number without zooming in and doing it myself with a gun sight. i can run names tho. i cant run radar even tho i have it installed, i cant use the breathalizer when its installed, cant do cpr, cant do anything! cant search cars and cant interact very well with how much i see people doing. i cant pull up my police radio even tho i installed it. i have followed the instructions for these things step by step from the read me files and cant do any of it. it sucks. i so wanna play this but i am limited. and for some reason i can play it for like 10-30 mins tops before lspdfr crashes? why? also if i try to generate a callout by hitting x it pops one up but then crashes shortly after. ive been pulling my hair out for a week over this all i wanna do is play it but this all has to seem so confusing to me as im a new gamer to pc. ive always been ps4. any help would be amazing please. if anyone is in iowa close to me id LOVE to arrange a meet so you can educate me and show me how to do these things and show me what im doing wrong. 

Try running GTA V with only LSPD:FR (and only LSPD:FR. No Script Hook, No Script Hook .NET, No OpenIV.asi, no ASI Loader. Only RPH, LSPD:FR, and GTA V itself).

It would be a help to see your log file (newest one is in your GTAV main directory, others in the Logs-Folder).

You can try to disable your security/anti-virus software. Some programms love to block or delete the .dll-files of the mod. Also, running RPH in administration mode could be helpfull. Even tho, the launcher says you shouldnt. It doenst work without for me.

im able to play it and pull people over such but yeah like i said i cant do anything else that ive installed. honestly my f keys are useless cuz they always do something with the desktop and it brings me out of gta5. so i changed a couple of the ini files so that i can start them with a different key but they still dont start up. and what are you wanting to see as far as log files? like i said i dont know exactly 100% what im doing with modding. so im just doing as directed in the read me files and 80% of the time they dont work. like i uploaded a few different vehicles and only the 2 crown vics i uploaded are showing up. cant run radar, etc. 

As others have suggested, we need your log file to determine the cause of crashes. This can be found in the same location as the RagePluginHook.exe and file (your GTA root directory), you'll need to attach to your next reply on this forum the RagePluginHook.log file for us to see.

Also, again as suggested. Remove all of your mods, start fresh with an unmodded copy of GTA V and then install LSPDFR and ensure EVERYTHING works. When you are happy that it is working correctly try installing 1 plugin for LSPDFR and see how it runs. Do not install a plethora of mods at once if you're new to modding. Understand how this process works rather than dumping it all in and hoping.

i uninstalled everything and started from scratch. still having issues with the lspdfr its becoming a much bigger pain than its even worth. which file do you need to see? like i said im a new modder so i need a more specific description of the file like what its name would be or its location is.
