Ragehook crashing unless I run as administrator

Running the ragehook exe. without admin will cause rage to crash. any idea what the problem might be? If I run as administrator everything is fine.

 

 

Edit: sorry for the post I just learned that I need to post anything related to ragehook has to be done at there forums.
