The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

HELP with Police vehicle mods

 Does anyone know how to replace the police and sheriff vehicles and peds? everytime I do it using open iv and then, I try to launch LSPDFR but then GTA5 updates and I loose all my progress and all the peds and vehicles go back to the originals, do I need a mods folder? and if I do can someone talk me through the process, Please and thank you. bfaith1407

If you want to follow the mods folder method you can read the instructions on setting it up here.
When you download a file from LCPDFR it should contain a read me file that shows where you need to install the mod.
