I don't know what an asp is.

You can figure out by looking at the model in SparkIV. SparkIV is a tool that allows you to replace models and what not with in GTA4 or EFLC. I'll tell you the model names of the police cars.

Police Cruiser - police

Police Patrol - police2

Noose Cruiser - noose

Police Patriot - polpatriot

Enforcer - nstockade

FIB Buffalo - fbi

Police Stockade - pstockade

Police Maverick - polmav

Predator - predator

-TBoGT-:

Police Buffalo - police3

Police Stinger - police4

Police Bike - policeb

To change the police car skins, you can go to the corresponding directory and edit the .wtd file using either SparkIV or OpenIV.

I have no idea what you mean by "ghost police skin."

Edit: I (or others) will be more specific on what to do once you have more of an idea on what you want to do. Sorry, but most of your questions are very blunt (for me at least). But I'm sure you will be able to catch on with modding the game.

1. The ASP Baton can be found at GTAPoliceMods: Right Here

2. There are two police cruisers, named police and police2, a NOoSE pursuit car, named noose, a police version of the Patriot SUV, named polpatriot, a NOoSE stockade, named nstockade, and an FBI/FIB Unmarked car, named fbi.

3.Using an editor, like OpenIV, open Vehicles.img and double click the ".WTD" file for the car you want. Select "Replace" for the "livery_" file you want. Here is a video I found of the process HERE

4. I assume you mean undercover by "Ghost"??? If so BxBugs123 has an Undercover Impala and Crown Vic. On this site EVI has an excellent with Soundoff Pinnacle

Don't worry as Justin says we all have to start somewhere

EDIT: Damn! Ninjaed by Custo and Justin

Oh Right, can't say I've seen anything like that for GTA IV

I have. Bugs made a few.
