  1. I agree, I hate seeing this hobby of ours being turned into a business where the highest bidder wins.
  2. Quickly put this together from some photos off of Flickr. If anythings wrong just say, I've never seen an OnTrac van IRL so probably a few things need tweaked. EDIT: Forgot to say I used this short wheelbase Sprinter
  3. Well popcycle.dat is responsible for controlling ... the population cycle! It's found in /common/data, this is what "More Liberty" and the like edit so you could have a look at it.
  4. I have seen it mentioned in places that BxBugs123's models may not be entirely original work.... EDIT: Trying to find the link. In the description of someone's car on here they credited a guy on another forum who had converted the model to GTA IV. The person who had converted the model said in a post that BxBugs had used some of his work without credit. EDIT2: Found it, it's one of SMCars is down for maintenance just now but Gatekeeper left a comment to this effect.
  5. Are they not all grey on black? The problem is you can't do retro-reflective tape in GTA.
  6. Oh Right, can't say I've seen anything like that for GTA IV
  7. So all of the undercover cars I linked have no markings
  8. 1. The ASP Baton can be found at GTAPoliceMods: Right Here 2. There are two police cruisers, named police and police2, a NOoSE pursuit car, named noose, a police version of the Patriot SUV, named polpatriot, a NOoSE stockade, named nstockade, and an FBI/FIB Unmarked car, named fbi. 3.Using an editor, like OpenIV, open Vehicles.img and double click the ".WTD" file for the car you want. Select "Replace" for the "livery_" file you want. Here is a video I found of the process HERE 4. I assume you mean undercover by "Ghost"??? If so BxBugs123 has an Undercover Impala and Crown Vic. On this site EVI has an excellent with Soundoff Pinnacle Don't worry as Justin says we all have to start somewhere EDIT: Damn! Ninjaed by Custo and Justin
