So I recently got a friend playing LCPDFR and we started playing MP, works fine.

Until, 5-7 minutes In It disconnects me saying "You Have Been Disconnected Because You Have a Too Slow Computer."

Something along those lines.

He's using a fresh install with only LCPDFR, I'm using a fresh install with LCPDFR but with one modded vehicle.

Also, my computer Isn't slow. At all.

I can run GTA in Very High graphics, I even put the graphics to minimum to test and still the same happened, and we both took a go hosting.

I have no ELS, Trainers or Traffic Mods.

And I can't exactly have a slow computer when I can run Skyrim, Battlefield 3 and GTA with full Ultra High graphics on all of them, without issues.

Looks decent. Hmn.... Try disabling your firewall next time you play a multiplayer match and see if it get's better.

Try to not minimize your game, as that will usually cause it (for me too). I will usually minimize the game while playing Multiplayer, go on a few websites to take a break, come back and I get that message. So I would say it's normal, and nothing to worry about. But you seem to get it while in game, playing 5-7 minutes, which is not normal. Try doing what Break said, and try to exit out (minimize the window and return) little as possible if you are doing that. Your speed looks good, actually, better than mine. So you shouldn't be experiencing this issue at all.

if you want to do web browser use, I recommend getting either xfire, or steam, as each have overlays that allow you to access websites without having to minimize the game.
