I put everything like LSPDFR and RPH into my GTA5 folder when I got it installed and stupid me didnt make a copy of that folder, but I have no problem uninstalling and reinstalling GTA5!

And I will install 0.3 of LSPDFR and see if that works when it comes out!

Nope, its still the same problem, ive installed LSPDFR 0.3, and its the same problem. When I get into the game, the LSPDFR mod doesnt load up, native trainer does when I press f4, but I cant scroll through that!!!!

Did you make sure it's all running as administrator? Right click then run as admin? Is everything unblocked that needs to be? 

Yes, doesnt RPH unblock everything automatically?

And GTA5, GTA5 Launcher and RPH is all run as admin

And when I loaded up RPH it didnt ask me to unblock anything!

Sometimes it may not unblock everything .. check it to make sure by right clicking on properties .. also to make the native trainer move u have to use your num pad .. so like 2 is up 4 left .. 6 right ect ..

Oh lol, I was tying to use my arrow keys, thanks, Ill try unblocking all the dll files and get back to you!

All my .dll files are unblocked???

Did u upgrade to .03 of lspdfr or are you still on 2b? .. also can you send a screen shot of your main directory for gta

Which version of Windows are you running? ... and what happens when you try to run the game now that .03 is installed? ..

Ok, I am on Windows 8.1, and when I load up the game, I run RPH in Admin mode, then it loads up completely fine, then when I get into story mode, nothing shows up, and the police stations are supposed to be marked on the map and its supposed to say Welcome to LSPDFR I guess, but it doesn't, and I set my LSPDFR console key to f3, then when I click f3, nothing pops up, but then I click f4, Native Trainer shows up.

Ok ... I had that same problem and it turned out to be a Microsoft visual issue .. u do have both versions install right? ... im on windows 10 , but its still pretty much the same when it comes to this situation ... if u can screen shot your installed program's list on your computer and I'll compare it to mine and we'll go from there

U need to have Microsoft visual c++ redistributable x64 and x86 ... my problem was I only had one installed and lspdfr and rage run on the two different types

I dont think I have both versions installed, send me the link to both of the downloads(x64, x86) and ill download them and we will go from there.

And where do I go to find my installed programs?

 

Wait nvm, when I go to the c++ 2013 Redistributable Microsoft x64, and x86, it says there both installed and it says Repair and Uninstall, so I have them both installed, and when I open the menu for RPH, all the checkmarks are green, there all green check marks for RPH, so where do I go to find my Installed Programs???

OK soo ... everything's looks up to par .. when u start lspdfr from your desktop you do click on rage to start gta right? Also have you tried go to a police station and seeing what it says? And does it say it has loaded anything on your rage loading screen b4 gta starts?

I start RPH from the directory, and I do start RPH first then GTA5 loads up, Ive never tried to go to a police Station(But I will try that), and when I click story mode, the rage loading screen doesnt show up, it will load up as if I didnt even run RPH in the first place.(So it will just load up normally)

Yeah somethings not right because you shouldn't see an option for storymode anymore .. if rage loads properly than it will take you to the rage loading screen ... hmmm .. take it off admin, I've never loaded it as admin and it works fine for me .. I know your frustration trust me, I went through the same thing and watched alot of different tutorials and am still learning how to do things but I just try and figure it out on my own ... but I'll keep working with you .. and you have the steam version or?? And your sure all of your files and your starting this in your vanilla folder right? As in the main folder on your computer where gta v is located? I know these seem like stupid questions, but just trying to get to the bottom of your problem :)

Ok, I really appreciate your support, it still gives me a story mode option and I never see the Rage loading screen, Ill take it off Admin and see if that works. I have GTA5 on steam yes, I downloaded from the Steam store and it is in my library, and when I downloaded GTA5, it gave me a folder that said Grand Theft Auto V, and thats the only GTA5 I have on my computer since I have downloaded GTA5 from Steam, and I just put all the files in there and im starting RPH from there, all the LSPDFR folders are also in there as well. I will try taking RPH off Admin and get back to you on what happened.

No prob I'm glad to help, hmmm .. OK let me know .. then if still nothing we can try team viewer or remote desktop ... I've never done team view so I'm not sure how it works

Ok, I took my RPH off admin mode, and kept the GTA5 and GTA5 Launcher on Admin mode, and whenever I tried to load it up, it says RPH has a problem and it asked me to close the program. So then., I took all three of the applications off Admin mode(GTA5, GTA5 Launcher, and RPH), and it loaded up as if I didnt take any of them off admin mode, but it still gave me the story mode selection and it didnt load up the Rage Loading screen, and when I got in game, nothing showed up, I tried to go to a police station and it didnt say anything, and with my Native Trainer, I tried to scroll through with my numbers on the top of my keyboard, also the arrow keys and the scroll wheel, and it still didnt work. Nothing worked.
