When I open the 'vcredist_arm.exe' it wont open. When I run it as admin is says, 'This app can't run on your PC'.   I have windows 10.

All I want is this mod to work :(

you don't download arm that is a processor for phones please download the one that says vcredist_x64.exe please

 

I did install lspdfr first, then the latest ragehook.

Its already downloaded onto my PC(64-bit). It just says if you want to repair it, which I have done.

okay but is that the 2013 version or the 2015 version as both versions must be installed together.

Both of them are installed.

What could be the problem? I could try a whole new fresh install. And could I have simple steps on what to do in order?

okay then so you say .net 4.6 is installed? I don't know what else to tell you as I had issues like this on windows 10 and a lot of other issues so much that I just went back to  windows 7.

as to be honest in my opinion as a it pro 10 is half baked meaning it wasn't done all the way before releasing and is therefore has way more bugs in it that will cause things like this and that is why I just went back to 7. it is more stable.

yes and I tried but I failed like you and just went back windows 7.

where it has been working since.

also do you have directx installed and all other dependencies for the game itself?

as to be honest I believe it has to do something with missing dependencies.

do you have any mods with openiv.asi?

also I can see two or more trainers? don't you think those will compete against each other and cause issues like this?

remove one trainer and use only one trainer not two.

you do know on windows 10 you have to enable 4.5 under the programs & features turn on/off windows feature function?

I had windows 8.1. I upgraded to W10. I never enabled anything tho when I used 8.1
