Well if the 2.8 works meaning it hasn't updated because I tried to use it and it saying "ragehook older version" 2.9 works for me.

But I'm using "steam" So I don't know. 

It might be better for me to wait until the newest version of LSPDFR comes out

 

Go Write in a form that you're having issue with the retail version.

Be sure you get all of your plugins and the version of "ragehook"

With some help from the community I was finally able to get LSPDFR to run post patch. Now I can usually do 1 call out before LSPDFR crashes. Not sure whats going on. If I reload LSPD as soon as I get back on the road it crashes again.

I'm glad that you got LSPDFR to work but for me whenever I run GTA 5 with RageHook the game crashes after loading story mode

but I tweeted a message to @RagePLUGINHook about the problem I had

I was having the same problem. I copied the update.rpf after the patch and put it in my mods folder and it started working. I believe Police Radio was causing LSPD to crash. I'm going to start putting the plugins back in to verify it was the radio giving me problems.

I copied the update.rpf to my mods folder and my game still crashed after loading story mode

 

I managed to get GTA 5 to work after removing police toolbox and making my character run down the street for about a minute or two

and when I stopped the game crashed but I think I may be onto something
