Sorry to contradict you, but I know what I'm talking about. There is a vehicle.rpf archive in the dlc.rpf archive of the patchday2ng folder. And if you don't take my word for it, here's even a screen of it.

If you don't have a vehicle.rpf archive at that location, then the problem is on your end.

Yep, the latest patchday that includes a vehicles.rpf should always guarantee your modified models are loaded.
