When using this mod and calling for back up police are  still extremely wreckless and smash everything in their path! any way to download a mod that prevents this!!??

Well you wouldn't know since you haven't played LSPDFR 0.3. Don't promise things you don't know about. The LSPD is stil a bit violent with their cars in LSPDFR 0.3, maybe a little bit less.

With Realistic Dispatch mod https://www.gta5-mods.com/misc/realistic-dispatch-mod-modified-crime-and-police-rebalance-mod they are 30% less crazy

It doesn't specify how much more cautious. They are indeed slightly less shit at driving, but I'd still give them plenty of space.

Well any improvement even if just a tiny amount is welcomed.
