The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Well you wouldn't know since you haven't played LSPDFR 0.3. Don't promise things you don't know about. The LSPD is stil a bit violent with their cars in LSPDFR 0.3, maybe a little bit less.

It doesn't specify how much more cautious. They are indeed slightly less shit at driving, but I'd still give them plenty of space.
