The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Today I installed both The Pinnacle of V and VisualV and after doing so i got a problem that I can't resolve, Ragehook starts as normal there are no problems with that, but after it loads into the game i cannot open the console and none of the plugins are loaded- it behaves as if it was never launched in the first place. It must be caused by one of the mods as I didn't install anything else, in the ragehook log I spotted that "Swap Chain is NULL. Trying again..." but I have no idea what that means. Also pausing the game and trying to resume crashes GTA. I know that you shouldn't post ragehook related crashes on here but their forum has been down for a while now. This is my log: any help will be appreciated

I'm guessing you didn't install pinaclle of v / visual 5 correctly. Delete both of them and only add in one. If it still crashes, try only installing the other. After that, you should know which mod is giving you problems. 

Their forum being down does not change the policy. Be patient and wait for it to go live again.
