Hello, could anyone help me with this? I wanted to edit some of the game files, for example I wanted to reduce the damage of a nightstick so peds don't die from 1-2 hits, I tried editing the weapons.meta in C++Notepad but it doesn't seem to works it's all the same as before, Can anyone help me actually editing the files for melee weapons like knives etc.

Hello, I got a fresh install of GTA5 for 0.3 and I deleted all my plugins and decided to download them again when they support 0.3. One vital plugin is the Police Radio mod however this mod is gone from the download list and is no where to be found, I googled it and when I try to get to the mod's page I get this message: Sorry, there is a problem We could not locate the item you are trying to view. Error code: 2D161/2 Can anyone help?

Check the ini file for controls, there might be a modifier key for example mine is: BreathalyzerActivation = O BreathalyzerModifier = LShiftKey meaning that you need to press l shift + O in order for it to work. check if there are any modifier keys in the ini.

Today I installed both The Pinnacle of V and VisualV and after doing so i got a problem that I can't resolve, Ragehook starts as normal there are no problems with that, but after it loads into the game i cannot open the console and none of the plugins are loaded- it behaves as if it was never launched in the first place. It must be caused by one of the mods as I didn't install anything else, in the ragehook log I spotted that "Swap Chain is NULL. Trying again..." but I have no idea what that means. Also pausing the game and trying to resume crashes GTA. I know that you shouldn't post ragehook related crashes on here but their forum has been down for a while now. Simply it won't start at all. I press the icon in my gta directory and nothing happens, tried running as admin and still I get nothing it was working earlier and had no problems with it and I didn't change anything so I have no idea what might have caused it.

I assume you're playing GTA IV Well it's just one of those things the game is extremely unstable and the mods cause it to become even worse. Everyone experiences crashes some might be 2 mins after launch some might be an hour later it all depends. I don't think you can do anything about it it's the core of the game and not mods fault. Although ELS is known to cause much more frequent crashes so try uninstalling that.

Just launched GTA V for the first time since the latest update, this is really a joke. At the beginning I get 10 fps so I need to go into graphics settings change Vsync to 50fps and then to 60fps to resolve this. And when I start shooting fps drop drastically to an unplayable level. The only mod I have is the trainer. instead of restricting mods R* should include a feature so when you launch online it checks your game files and if there are extra files/mods the game simply does not let you enter online unless you delete them.

So it seems like we won't be seeing LSPDFR today All I can do is slowly suffer in silence just like the rest of you.

So R* attacks the thing that keeps their games alive and results in better sales. Seems like an amazing sale tactic to me, let's face it if it wasn't for mods I'd stick with my GTA copy on the 360 and so would a bunch of other people who own consoles as well as PCs. There are still tons of mods for GTA IV despite it being 7 years old and R* should realise that without the dedicated community of modders GTA would not live long.
