So I live in Florida and I want to try out LSPDFR, but before I start that, I want to get my vehicles sorted out so they seem authentic to Florida.. nothing wrong with that huh???  so I have the Crown Victoria, Impala, Tahoe, Charger. I have and like the Explorer but a skin or 'livery' hasn't been made for it yet, so I figured I'd try my hand at it....
Current progress:

This is where I am asking for help..from the other templated Florida Highway Patrol cars (mentioned above) the tan paint always seems to end just before the door pillar meets the hood, I just cant figure out where that is exactly.
In-Game:

Now I know its not right and I am trying my darndest at this but I dont know where the rest of the paint goes to get it to look authentic...
anyone want to help a noob out?  FYI: I have never seen a FHP vehicle in person nor do I actually know how they look, I created this from following the ways of the other liveries from the FHP search on the downloads section... I did record this in game but the clips in rockstar editor show the original and its bugged (hey, I tried)

PS- if anyone knows the correct placement of the FHP, State Trooper and insignia, let me know too..

Let us begin, and this comes from a Guy from Germany, i hope you dont hate me. ;)

1. The *FHP looks wrong. Take a look on the Tahoe attached.
2. The Seal must a little bit bigger.
3. State Trooper, higher and also bigger.
4. The Paint of the Roof must start at the A-Pillar and its ends at the Backside on Half of the Door Openers.

It may look wrong because FHP does not use FPIU's. 

Good idea I guess... The FHP livery just doesn't fit the explorer. Just in my opinion. I've done this awhile, and the skin just doesn't match the vehicle.

I enjoy the explorer mod and figured id try my hand at skinning and this is what turned up... I have refined it enough for my personal liking and fixed the paint, to my satisfaction.. and thanks for the help Nwaps.  I was also going off the other liveries from the tahoe, CVPI, impala, and charger and tried to fit it best I could...

If you are pleased with the results you could release a pack with all FHP textures you've made. Who knows maybe someone else now or in the future is searching for these skins. ;)

Hi! im a department head of Hernando Florida Highway Patrol for a fivem server. I love the HP patrol cars that you have done but we need an explorer... and your explorer is perfect. any download link or eta?

Here are a few pics I found on FPIU for the FHP. I noticed in your last pic here the beige on the door doesn't meet evenly. STATE TROOPER needs to be bigger. Seal needs to be slightly bigger. *FHP needs to be a bit bigger
