You haven't updated your RagePluginHook. It says you're using version 0.20, you need 0.28.

Make sure you have installed the following.

• .NET Framework 4.6 - http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=40779
• Visual C++ 2010 SP1 Redistributable Package (x64) - http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=13523 (You should have that installed if LSPDFR worked for you before. If not, install that too.)
• Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015 (x64) - https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=48145

Okay, I am going to try and help 'TheUnit' out here.

You need to be very precise / consise when stating your problems. If you give too short of an answer which doesnt help us, we can't help you..

Let's try and limit the mods you're using. Please ONLY install scripthook, scripthook .NET, Ragepluginhook, and LSPDFR (Note: Scripthook and scripthook .NET are two different things). Make sure you have no other mod installed. This includes car mods, visual mods, weapon mods, etc.. 

Now, let's try and single out your problem. Is your game crashing, or is LSPDFR crashing?

If your game is crashing, provide a GTA 5 crash log (Google where the GTA 5 crash log is located if you do not know)

If the LSPDFR plugin is crashing, provide a RagePluginHook log. This is in your game directory, and is named "ragepluginhook.log" or something along those lines.
