Ok, now when I click on RAGE plugin hook nothing happens

I have installed 2 of the links but still nothing is happening

I have done the update it fixed the steam issue, now the game loads and gets past the rockstar social club but then says the game has crashed

I have now fixed that problem, but when I try to launch it it now says launch error code 115 the game was not launched via the steam client

I have done everything it says to do , when I go to launch the game through RAGEPluginHook.exe it says launch error code 115 the game was not launched via the steam client

Every time I go to launch LSPDFR it keeps crashing can anyone help?
