Just wanted to share my thoughts. I pull up on a suspect who starts running to find he is just as fast as me and has unlimited stamina and leads me across the whole of los santos on foot while laughing at the crappy vanilla stamina and speed settings.

Maybe someone could come up with a fix for this silly system as to fixing stamina and or also the speed of the officer / peds

One bullet carefully applied in the back of the suspect should do the trick.

Simple Foot Controls. This is ASI-plugin, works perfect for me, must-have in my opinion:)

I had someone run from me on a pursuit... This guy was on the rather large size and yet still managed to outrun me and about 20 other officers lol

or a well placed ram with my car lol
