SNT Help

Recommended Posts

Hi Guys, I'm looking for a bit of help setting up a scenario with SNT.I basically want a police officer in a Police Stockade to follow me in my patrol car. I've had a go at using the different commands but have only been able to get him to drive to a waypoint and not to follow me....

Would someone be able to tell me how to do this using SNT?

Thanks

-Tom

I think there's an option called "Follow as Driver" on the bodyguard spawn menu. The thing is I think you need to fill your car up and park it next to the stockade so that the next one you spawn will get into it.

Hi Guys, thanks for the replies.

I am however, still struggling to do this. I have enabled "Follow As Driver" then spawned both my cruiser and the police stockade and parked them side by side. I then spawned three bodyguards which filled my car, and then spawned another however he didn't get into the stockade and walked down the street to get another car, I spawned another and he did the same. I then decided to go to the airport where there is no other cars and the fourth bodyguard just stood there as if the stockade wasn't there.

Any Ideas on what I'm doing wrong?

Thanks

-Tom

Ah, that's a bugger. I may have to use a normal stockade then. Thanks!

UPDATE: Thanks guys, finally got it working, however the stockade drives all over the road. Is there any way I can change it so that it stays right behind me, even when I go fast? I've tried changing the drive options in the bodyguard menu, however it doesn't seem to affect it.

Any Ideas?

Cheers Again,

-Tom

Probably not. It has to do with the game AI, with GTA IV not being the best. I think the Ambulance drivers prove this.
