The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Game crashes at start up, when loading.

Haven't tried with the new RAGE yet but my problem is running the game with the modified RPFs, I copied the new updated update.rpf folder into my mods folder like the last update which solved the problem last time, but now when I run the game with the mods folder it crashes on loading screen, tried without using mods folder loads in just fine, this is without rage so not sure what my problem is..

i had same problem i just deleted my old mod folder and created a new 1 then installed all my mods again and it worked

Yeah there are far too many mods I have for me to delete that and try to remember all of them... would take so long, don't know what to do, last time I just copied the updated update.rpf folder into my mods folder so the game versions were the same and it worked, this time it doesn't so I don't know what the issue is now.. but running with the mods folder it crashes so im confused, but can't afford to delete my update folder that is in the mods folder or the mods folder

i have copied the full GTA V folder instead of making a mod folder and it doesnt work for me (the game runs as normal), im guessing its the new update thats messed it up because ive tried older versions of RAGE hook and nothing happens (i RAGE hook down to 0.26 update)

* i went down to 0.26 *

Seems like i am not the only one with the same issue, I reinstalled LSPDFR and then installed the new RageHook 0.28, i also removed Mods folder and all the plugins. The game lunches but it will not load LSPDFR. Im going to try few other things see if it will work.

mine is working fine create a gtavlauncher.exe shortcut to your desktop and right click on shortcut   then open properties go to this Games\Grand Theft Auto V\GTAVLauncher.exe" -verify   add - verify then apply and ok    then run it it will check for any corrupted files hope this works for you it did for me dont forget to add a space after .exe" -verify

I have just found out what my problem was, FOR me and this may be the problem for AMD GPU users, on the support site for GTA it says AMD's beta patch for the GPU can effect the game and i went back down to the patch before the beta an now all plugins and mods now work aswell as i dont get any crashes

also i think the -verify that joe75 posted helped

by verifying the game deletes all mods correct?

only by verifying the game on steam not by the properties of the .exe file for GTA, also i forgot to mention in my last reply i went onto steam and went to the properties of GTA by right clicking and went to the "launch options" and entered  "-noVendorAPI" without the quotation marks

Bump. I can play the game normally, but when i go on duty it crashes. This occured after the new RPH update. ideas?

Yep, just need the new update folder in your mods folder and you should be good to go.

What mods folder? Do you mean the update folder in common/Grand theft auto V ?

I had this problem as well.  I simply copied the new DLC's and replaced the update.rpf file in my mod folder and everything is working.  You also need to update scripthookV if you are using it.

How do you copy the new DLCs?

Inside the main GTA5 folder I created a folder named "mods".  In there I have all of the main rpf files and the x64 folder and update folder.  Anything that is modded goes in the mods folder.  I use Open IV which has a ASI script  it will place into your main GTA fodler.  That script will load the contents of the MODS folder instead of main folder.  This way the main folder stays intact.  So when RS did their update only the content of the main folder was updated. I merely compared the difference and copied the updated and new DLCs to the MODs folder and Voila..   Also make sure you update Ragehook to .28 and update ScripthookV if you use it.
