I recently Re-Downloaded my game and LCPDFR, and i get in game with 60 FPS and such, which may not be important, but whenever i try to start LCPDFR or even look for the trigger, or marker, or whatever its called, there is nothing there, so i went to the cofigurator that came with the installation, so i searched for threads with the problem like mine, and every link i see to fix it tells me to download windows 10 like I already did, Can anyone help? thank you!

It isn't that you need to install Windows 10, Microsoft now redirects that specific link to the Windows 10 download. Try this one: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=34429

If that one doesn't work, try this one: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?displaylang=en&id=8109
