The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

   Sorry to be so naive but I like to play these mods, where do I start, where do I get GTAV for Pc.

    I got the Retail, it works properly for me i didn't meet any crashes before with the Retail . But no difference between them (Retail Or Steam) If you want to start this mod you have to follow instructions of installation of LSPDFR and you have to meet the full requirments of GTA V or at least the minimum one then got it works..

     

    And to get a way to your question you can open LSPDFR section you can find it above your home page in the bar
